Each of the specific services offered under these two categories has its own, specific Agreement Terms and Conditions, which is made available to you in order to make your first booking. The specific terms and conditions contain, amongst other important information, details on: working together, booking, payment, cancellations and your responsibility for your own mental and emotional wellbeing. You are responsible for reading and understanding the specific Agreement Terms and Conditions for the service(s) that you buy.

9. Terms of Booking, Payment, Cancellation & Refunds

Each of the specific Coaching and Meditation services WellBeings Earth offers has its own specific Agreement Terms and Conditions, made available to you in order to complete and confirm your first booking; see these specific Agreement Terms and Conditions, which superseed the below ‘in general’ remarks.

In general:

a) the fee for the service(s) you have requested is due in full to complete and confirm your booking(s);

b) bookings are non-transferable to alternative dates or times and are generally non-refundable;

c) the time for each session you have booked is non-transferable; this means if You end a session or agree to end a session before the expiry of the time allotted, the remaining time cannot be transferred and does not roll-over to a future session;

d) if you do not show up to a session or you repeatedly attempt to cancel and/or rebook in disagreement with the specific Agreement Terms and Conditions of your booking, WellBeings Earth reserves the right to cease to work with you.
